Our story
A small oven, a lot of stubbornness.
Leirenamyum Store started as a two-shelf counter and a single oven, run on the belief that a good snack shouldn't need an occasion. Years on, the ovens are bigger, the crowd at 8am is louder, but the recipes haven't changed — real butter, slow ferments, and nothing that needs a long ingredient list to explain itself.
We bake in small batches through the day, so what you get at 9am and what you get at 6pm both came out of the oven within the hour.
